Medication

We ask for details about pupils’ medical conditions so that we can be prepared for them. You will need to complete forms before we can administer any medication.

Staff training is carried out by the School Nurse team.

Optometrist

The school’s Ophthalmic service visits the school to do vision checks. You will receive notice if your child requires follow up appointments.

Consultations

We are able to offer a meeting room for consultations with medical staff. Forward Thinking Birmingham regularly hold an outreach surgery at school and other agencies also meet at school.

Referrals

We can often make referrals for parents/carers. Please ask if you require a referral to Continence Advisors, Dieticians, Physiotherapists, or other services.
